after school snacks

Trying to encourage my children towards healthier eating......they seem to love the smoothie idea for a quick breakfast or after school snack. You can even add veggies (handful or two of fresh spinach) and some flaxseed and with the strong fruit flavors of blueberries, papaya and banana......they never even taste it! Genius! I am all about packing a smoothie with as many nutrients as possible...whats your favorite healthy "sneak" food??
